SEATTLE — The Washington State Patrol has issued an at-risk/missing person Silver Alert for 82-year-old Gustav Carisson.
He was last seen at around 8 a.m. near 8th Avenue in Seattle heading in an unknown direction.
He is described at 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds with grey hair, blue eyes, wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, a hat and glasses.
WSP says his disappearance poses a threat to his health and safety and ask if you see him to call 911.
