BELLEVUE, Wash. — Over 9,100 Puget Sound Energy (PSE) customers were without power in Bellevue on Sunday afternoon.

The outages have affected customers since 3:05 p.m. on Sunday, according to the PSE website.

Most customers have had their power restored, but some areas are still affected.
