SKYWAY, Wash — Two children are reportedly in critical condition, and one has died following an incident in Skyway that now has Major Crimes detectives investigating.
According to Skyway Fire (King County Fire District 20), crews from Skyway Fire, Renton Regional Fire Authority, Puget Sound Fire, and King County Medic One responded to an incident in the Creston Point apartments at 12:48 p.m. for three unresponsive young patients.
Two of the children were taken to the hospital and one died at the scene.
Major Crimes is exploring a possible link to illicit drugs. The call initially went out as an overdose.
Their ages are unknown, and their relationship to each other is unknown.
Limited information has been released from the law enforcement agencies responding.
