KENT, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol says they found a car on the wrong side of the road, with the driver asleep inside.
The driver and car were discovered at W Valley Hwy and S. 277th St. in Kent at about 4 a.m.
He was arrested under suspicion of DUI.
