Winds peaked Thursday morning with gusts of 40-50 mph around Puget Sound in some spots with sporadic power outages and tree damage.
Strongest wind expected for the coast and north, while Cascade passes could see one to two feet of snow through Thursday.
Plenty of rain continues to push through Friday morning on the moderate to heavy side across the region.
